Recently I used booking.com for my business trip and was not satisfied with my stay.

I wrote formal complain about a reservation I made through your booking platform. Unfortunately, the room and its description provided by the hotel owner were misleading and do not match the actual accommodations.

1. Misleading Room Size: The room was advertised as being 50m², but in reality, it was much smaller, likely under 40m².

2. Incorrect Bed Description: The room description stated that it included 1 double bed and 1 large double bed. However, the second “bed” was a sofa bed, which was not mentioned in the listing. We specifically booked the room based on the assumption that two proper beds would be provided, not a fold-out sofa.

3. Misuse of Photos: The hotel owner used images from multiple rooms to give the impression that the room was larger and better equipped than it actually was.
